True Value Cares for its Associates and their families. The True Value Cares Fund is set up and funded by the True Value Foundation to provide financial assistance to Associates when they need it most. The Fund is designed to provide short-term emergency support to True Value Associates who are experiencing financial hardships in the face of events outside of their control such as natural disasters, death, life-threatening illness or injury, catastrophic or extreme circumstances.
