The Nashvillians for Smarter Growth Fund is not, at this time, anticipated to function as an endowment but rather to make strategic investments as they become available and otherwise support a public/private partnership with and for Metro Nashville. This partnership is intended to be a resource and public information campaign for the strategic plans for growth focused on transportation solutions, affordable housing, parks, civic spaces, and all features of great Nashville neighborhoods, beginning with the 338-acre East Bank and serving as a model for future neighborhoods.
