The Administrative Associate position provides a full range of administrative and clerical support to the Community Impact Team, which focuses on grantmaking, scholarships, and nonprofit support. The position will support staff, donors, volunteers, and board members by facilitating communication and services to ensure efficient and effective work relationships while taking the time to listen and learn from others. Regional Coordinator - Childcare TN

The Regional Coordinator provides training and technical assistance to licensed childcare providers across the State of Tennessee. This position supports licensed childcare providers in accessing resources, navigating grant processes, and understanding compliance requirements. This remote work arrangement requires 1-2 meetings each month in-office in Nashville, TN, and travel within the state of Tennessee.

Grants Associate - Philanthropic Services

The Grants Associate position primarily enters and processes Donor Advised Grants, performing due diligence as needed. The position will support donors by facilitating grant processing, communication, and grant research. The Grants Associate is a key component to promoting efficient and effective relationships with donors, grantee partners, and the Philanthropic Services team, helping insure we keep our promise to show up for each other and the community.

ChildcareTennessee Client Experience and Reporting Associate

ChildcareTennessee Initiative: In partnership with the Tennessee Department of Human Services (TDHS), ChildcareTennessee at The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee provides several resources and grants to Tennessee’s licensed childcare programs. Our goal is to strengthen quality, increase capacity and promote compliance of licensing standards to support improved child outcomes in early childhood education and enhance childcare programs. The Client Experience and Reporting Associate works with the ChildcareTennessee team in assisting childcare agencies and performing various reporting functions.
