Bill and Rita Bruce, who lived in Tennessee for many years but who now reside in St. Marys, Georgia, established this Fund to facilitate their charitable giving. Although now mostly-retired, Bill is Special Counsel to the law firm Adams and Reese LLP, where he maintains an office in Nashville.
