We believe that in order to provide the highest quality care for our patients, we must first take care of our own – our devoted employees who dedicate their lives to caring for the health and well-being of others. The Lifecare Fund provides short-term, emergency support to Lifepoint Health employees or eligible dependents who are facing serious financial hardship as a result of certain unforeseen and unpreventable circumstances and who cannot afford housing, utilities and/or basic living expenses.  Additionally, Lifepoint Health employees have the opportunity to support their colleagues in need by making a donation and ensuring that these lifesaving funds never run dry.
