Shemika Walker

Shemika Manages the work of the CFMT’s Employee Care Funds Program, working collaboratively with the Donor Services Team to ensure good customer service and adherence to best practices in all Employee Care Fund operations. Shemika oversees data management, verifying applicant’s employment, and working directly with those in crisis to help determine eligibility requirements. She works with each applicant one-on-one. She also oversees the Employee Care Associates and their work.

Shemika graduated from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Before joining CFMT, she was with the Kroger Company and managed one of the company’s Starbucks stores for 2 years.

When she’s not cheering on her beloved New England Patriots, Shemika can be found cruising the latest fashion trends.
